Each class includes a simple introduction to meditation\, basic techniques for inner balance\, and a short talk or discussion on a topic of the day. \nThese meditation classes are suitable for complete beginners and regular meditators. No prior knowledge or experience is required. \nChairs are provided\, and there are no physical exercises\, postures\, or special clothing needed. \nClasses usually run for 60 to 90 minutes\, and no booking is required. \nEvery session is free and led by volunteers who share Sahaja Yoga to help others experience peace\, balance\, and self-realisation.
